About Looma
🐾 MEET LOOMA — LOOKING FOR HER FOREVER HOME 🐾
Looma is one of two wild-born dingo pups rescued from regional WA who have already endured far more than any young animal should.
Her difficult start began when she was taken from her pack in the wild and passed between people before eventually coming into care. Unfortunately, both Looma and her sister then contracted parvovirus, followed by ringworm. Despite everything thrown at them, these two little fighters never lost their spirit — and now they’re finally ready to find their forever homes. 💚
Of the pair, Looma is the quieter and more laid-back sister, but don’t let her chilled personality fool you — she is still a wild-born dingo and her needs and behaviours can be very different from those of a domestic dog.
Adopting a dingo is a significant commitment, so we ask potential adopters to think carefully about whether their home and lifestyle are genuinely suitable before applying. Looma will preferably be placed in a home without small pets or children under five and will require secure, dingo-appropriate fencing and containment.
For the right family, Looma has the potential to be an incredibly special addition. She has already fought so hard for her second chance — now she just needs the right home to call her own. 🐾💚
