About Selene
Meet Selene! Selene is a sweet little girl, who loves having her head scratched once she is comfortable. As she recently lost one of her limbs she is still getting used to being able to walk on three legs instead of four. She will need a calm and gentle family who will support her and give her confidence as she grows into a wonderful girl. As she is still a young girl, she will need plenty of environmental enrichments such as hidey holes, scratching posts and toys. She can be shy at the start therefore will need positive reinforcements to build her confidence and allow her to blossom. If you think Selene is the girl for you, come meet her at RSPCA Peninsula!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
