About Winston
Meet Winston, a senior gentleman who would love a calm, predictable home to live out his retirement days. He takes things at his own easy-going pace, so would be best suited to a family that are mostly homebodies, who don't mind slow strolls and snuggling up on the couch.
Winston could be okay with children and is tolerable with both dogs of a similar nature, and cats; provided they don't disturb his peaceful state of mind. In foster, Winston initially took a little time to settle, but with a calm space and routine he is soon relaxed.
Winston is a sweet, gentle and affectionate dog, and pretty much what you'd hope for an elderly boy. If you've got the space for a sweet boy to live out his twilight years, then Winston is the one for you!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
