Miss Mel is super excited to see who her new family might be. We estimate her to be about 6 months old and Staffy X 'Allround Gorgeous Girl'!
Mel arrived to us an an unclaimed stray. She deserves a family who will love and adore her unconditionally. Now is her time ❤️!
What we know about Mel, is that she probably wasn't given any fundamental training before she came to us, so she's playing catch-up now.
Mel is currently in foster care with a fabulous family making sure that she is safe, loved and well taken care of. Her foster family are helping Mel to understand the rules to being the best behaved doggo she can be, which is a work in progress, but she's a smart cookie when she applies herself.
Mel's foster family wanted to let us know all about Mel. This is what they said:
"Mel has a very fun and loving personality. She has the most beautiful eyes, enough to win her family over, so be prepared to be wrapped round her little paw, lol".
"Mel is toilet trained, but being still a young lady, she still has the occasional accident, which is to be expected". She understands the basic commands, and we are trying to educate her on when she can jump and when she's can't".
Mel will suit an active family, ideally with a large yard and the time to take her on walks, play with her, cuddle her, be patient with her, and be commited to her ongoing training, enrichment and boundary setting. She appears to be a fast learner".
"Mel loves to play, and her favourite game is fetch. She has oodles of energy, and due to her level of excitement, she may suit a family with older children and perhaps another dog".
Any family would be lucky to be welcoming Mel into their family. She has untapped potential and her loving fun nature will brighten anyone's day.
Mel's adoption fee is $650 and covers microchipping, lifetime registration, desexing, current vaccination, flea and worming treatments 🐾

Dogs and cats come microchipped, lifetime registration, desexed, vaccinated and with a 14 day health & trial period warranty (please note that SoCares reserves the right to conduct home and yard checks prior to adoption).
DOG ADOPTIONS: We like to make sure all dogs and their new family (human and four legged) are a suitable match so if you have other dog/s we always book a meet and greet at a time suitable for you to ensure they will get on.
