About Ava
Meet Ava đŸ
Ava is a sweet, smart girl who arrived in foster care feeling shy and unsure, but her confidence is growing more and more each day. Her daily sniffy walks have worked wonders, and she now proudly struts along with her tail held high â complete with the cutest little curl on top!
She loves her walks, beach adventures, car rides, cuddles and a good brush. Ava also enjoys playing with her canine foster sister and, although her housemate can be rather boisterous, Ava is quite capable of politely setting boundaries when things get a little too much.
Thereâs a cheeky side hiding underneath that sweet exterior too! Ava enjoys playing hide-and-seek with items that don't actually belong to her, and she has earned the nicknames âBallerinaâ and âTwinkle Toesâ thanks to her impressive ability to balance and walk on her hind legs. Of course, this talent also gives her an excellent vantage point for checking tables and benches for potential snacks! đ
Ava is a clever, loving girl who is really starting to blossom. With a little patience and encouragement to continue building her confidence, her new family will be rewarded with a wonderfully affectionate companion â and perhaps the occasional dance performance. đ©°đ¶đ

4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:
1. Time Commitment: Owning a dog is a big responsibility and requires a significant commitment of time and energy. Be sure to consider how much time you can realistically dedicate to caring for a dog and make sure you are prepared to make that commitment.
2. Cost: Owning a dog can be expensive. Make sure to consider the cost of food, medical care, toys, and other supplies. You may also want to think about enrolling your dog in obedience classes or hiring a professional dog walker.
3. Space: Depending on the breed, some dogs require a lot of space. Make sure you have enough room in your home and yard to accommodate a dog before making the decision to adopt.
4. Lifestyle: Think about your current lifestyle and how a dog may fit into it. Consider if you have any restrictions such as travel, work hours, or allergies. Also, think about how owning a dog may affect your social life.
NOTES:
Adoption fee includes vet check, first vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchipping and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age.
