Hi, I’m Teddy!

I’m a chilled-out Labradoodle with a gentle nature, a big heart and a very strong belief that I’m really just one of the kids.

I’ve grown up around toddlers and older children and absolutely love being part of family life. I’m also great with other dogs and have no aggression at all. In fact, I’m probably a little too trusting and will happily wander up to any dog to say hello, so I need a family who will look out for me and make sure my new doggy friends are just as friendly as I am. I haven’t had experience with cats or other animals yet.

At home, I’m an easy boy to have around. I’m fully house trained and doggy-door trained, I don’t dig, chew or destroy things, and I’m happy relaxing on the patio while I wait for my people. I’m also okay being left home alone.

I know how to sit, fetch and wait patiently for my food, and I’m gentle when taking treats. I travel well in the car and walk reasonably well on lead, although I can get a little excited when there is something interesting happening. I’d rate my energy around a 6/10, so I enjoy getting out and about but I’m equally happy settling in at home afterwards.

My absolute favourite things are snuggling on the couch, getting a proper full-body massage and sleeping at the foot of the bed at night. I’m calm, affectionate and just want to be wherever my family is.

I’ve been very well cared for, am fully vetted and have had a fresh groom ready for my new home. As a Labradoodle, I’ll need regular ongoing grooming to keep my coat comfortable, healthy and looking its best.

If you’re looking for a friendly, family-loving dog who is already beautifully settled into home life, I might just be your Teddy.-

All animals are health checked, vaccinated, worm/flea treated, microchipped, desexed and registered with Gladstone Council.
They are socialised in the homes of loving foster carers, not in cages or kennels. (See our website to join the team)
