🐾 Meet Shawn Mendes, a puppy-like little guy with a big personality and an even bigger love for his humans.

Shawn Mendes is very responsive and loves being told he’s a good boy — he may occasionally choose mischief over perfect behaviour, but will pull you right back in with his charm!

Despite being almost six, Shawn Mendes still has plenty of puppy energy and enthusiasm for life. He loves his food and has a big appetite, especially when treats are involved.

He enjoys his walks and spending time with his humans, although he can sometimes pull on the lead and would benefit from continued training.

Shawn Mendes is also learning his house manners. He confidently uses the doggy door to go outside for the toilet, but does still have the occasional accident indoors. With consistency, patience, and ongoing toilet training, this should continue to improve.

Shawn Mendes thrives on attention and loves being the centre of his humans' world. He can become jealous when it comes to sharing attention, so he would be best suited to a pet-free home where he can soak up all the love for himself.

He can be vocal when someone comes to the door, he hears fellow mates call over the fence, or when he's feeling frustrated. He can also become a little mouthy or bitey at times, so he will need a patient and committed adopter who can continue working on his training, boundaries, and manners.

Shawn Mendes is looking for a loving, pet-free home where he can be the centre of attention, receive plenty of love and care, and continue building on his training with a patient family. In return, he'll give you endless companionship, personality, and plenty of opportunities to tell him what a good boy he is. 🐾
