About Cali
Hi, I’m Cali!
I’m a beautiful, loyal girl with lots of love to give. I’m friendly with other dogs and I’ve spent plenty of time around kids aged 5 to 12. I can get a little excited because I just love everyone and want to play, be involved and, most importantly, get cuddles.
I’m very food motivated, which is handy because it makes me pretty easy to win over and helps with training. I know to sit at meal times and I respond well to routine. When I was younger, food wasn’t always guaranteed, so I can eat a little too quickly. A slow feeder and some continued structure around meals would be great for me.
At night, I’ll go into my crate with a little treat to sweeten the deal. I’m used to spending time outside and I haven’t had a lot of practice walking on lead, so my new family will need to keep working on that with me. I haven’t been around cats or other types of animals, so I’m still an unknown there.
What I can promise is that I’m affectionate, playful and incredibly loyal. I’d love a family who will include me in their life, give me some guidance and routine, and enjoy having a happy, enthusiastic girl around who thinks everyone could use a little more love.-
