At 12 years young, Percy has reached that wonderful stage of life where he knows exactly what he likes…

And he's got places to be, smells to investigate and absolutely no time to waste.

Percy is a sweet old soul with that unmistakable Husky personality. He'll happily wander over to say hello, soak up some affection and enjoy a VERY good bum scratch…

But can you hold his attention when there's a particularly interesting patch of grass three metres away?

Probably not.
And honestly, we respect his priorities.

Percy loves spending time pottering around the yard, following his nose and investigating whatever catches his interest. He's still curious about the world around him and very much likes doing things the Percy way.

But don't mistake that independence for a lack of affection.

This lovely older gentleman genuinely enjoys being around people and will happily seek you out for some love — particularly if you're willing to commit to the aforementioned bum scratches.

At 12 years old, Percy isn't looking for someone to keep him entertained every minute of the day. He'd love a home where he can enjoy the simple things: a yard to explore, interesting smells to sniff, a comfortable spot to relax and someone nearby when he's ready for a little love.

He's got a few more years behind him than some of our other dogs, but there's still plenty of curiosity, sweetness and classic Husky personality packed into this old boy. 💙
