Ferrari
Ferrari from the Hervey Bay intake had a tough time over the last 6 weeks. The calicivirus really did a number on him, but his alive and full of voracious appetite to put the weight back on.
Initially shy and flighty, Ferrari and I have bonded over the goal of him eating his dinner whether he liked it or not while he was sick. Now he gets so excited to see me coming and meows and runs around in anticipation. We can say for certain he has it all worked out.
He can be patted now and picked up and just might even like some human affection. More and more personality will come to the surface as his confidence grows.
He will do well in a quiet home with doting owners.
Ferrari does fine with his peers, but should not go to homes with unrelated cats due to the nasty strain of Calicivirus they carry. Once infected they become dormant carriers of calicivirus for life. When the immune system is compromised it can flare up.
Ferrari is desexed, vaccinated twice, microchipped, parasite treated, FIV tested and coccidia treated.
He needs a indoor only home.

Adoption details
All our cats and kittens come desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and parasite treated. Our adult cats and high risk kittens are tested for FIV/FELV.
Kittens come home to you around 12 to 13 weeks after being desexed if they are of appropriate weight and health at that time.
All our cats require indoor only homes for their safety and to protect the wildlife. An outdoor enclosure can be a safe way for your cat to experience the outdoors.
We have a number of transport services that can bring your new baby to you around QLD so distance is not an issue.
We do our best to make sure every cat gets the best home they can, but we have a life time returns policy for our adopted babies should they ever find themselves in trouble.
