My Ideal Home:
• Familiarity and understanding of my breed traits would be highly valued.
• I'll need daily exercise - walks, park or beach trips, and playtime in the backyard will keep me happy and healthy.
• Ongoing training and guidance with basic manners will help me grow into a well-behaved companion.
• I want to be part of the family indoors - not left outside without interaction.
• Secure fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent) is essential to keep me safe.
• I'd love plenty of toys and mental enrichment to keep my busy mind occupied. .
• Most importantly, I'm looking for lots of love and attention from my family.
• When I get excited, I am VERY bouncy and mouthy, due to this it is recommended that I do not go to a home with children under 12 years old.
• Training, training, training - it's essential that I receive consistent guidance in every aspect of my life so I can become the very best companion as I mature.
• I haven’t had a lot of socialization with other dogs and will approach them with a lot of bravado, once I have a hello & sniff I am happy to go about my business. I can be selective with other male dogs. I am best suited as an only dog until i have further training/socialisation in a controlled environment and learn to approach other dogs in an appropriate & respectful way.
• I am not suited to homes with cats or small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, or ducks as they would be very fun to chase.

My Paw-some Perks:
• I'm a very playful, happy pup with the cutest little wiggle-butt when I'm excited.
• I know my basic commands like sit & come, and i’m eager to learn more.
• I am housetrained and am used to being allowed indoors as part of the family.
• I m very responsive to my name!
• I love car rides
• I absolutely love attention, cuddles, hugs, kisses and head scratches, and I'm quite partial to snoozing on the couch with my humans.
• I'm exuberant and full of beans, always ready for fun and adventure.
• I'm clever, enthusiastic, and would thrive with a family who'll continue my training and maybe even teach me some cool new tricks.

Training & Support Needs:
• I haven't had any formal training yet, and as mentioned about I am very bouncy & mouthy when excited ! So I'll need help with all my basic manners and life skills.

Please Note: You'll only be able to meet Zeus if your application is approved. Successful applicants will be invited to the shelter for a meet-and-greet, and any dogs currently in the home must attend as well
