Flora and Sunny

Flora & Sunny – a very special bonded pair❤️

Flora (girl) and Sunny (boy) were rescued from the streets together, where they were fending for themselves. They are littermates and have always had each other, so we are looking for a loving home for them together.

Sunny is much bigger than Flora (he likes his food!) and is the confident big brother who looks out for his little sister. They love curling up and purring together, and Sunny will stretch his big paws over Flora while they sleep. Meanwhile, Flora makes sure her big brother’s longer fur is beautifully groomed every day😻

They LOVE playtime — chasing their ball on a string, racing around and chasing each other! They are ready to explore their forever home, watch the world go by from the window and discover all the sights and smells that come with having a safe home of their own.

Their affection is something you earn. Flora and Sunny can take a little time to warm up to new people, with Flora being the more reserved of the two. They may hang back when you first meet them rather than immediately asking for pats or cuddles.
And that’s okay.

They need someone who will give them time, patience and love and let them build a relationship at their own pace. Their first meeting may not show you the affectionate, playful cats they become once they feel safe.

Once they trust you, the cuddles and affection start to shine through. Their temporary carer saw this beautifully — within a week, Flora was approaching for kisses and cheek rubs, while Sunny was busy being both her protective big brother and an adorable cuddle bug.

Sunny also makes sure he gets his share of the attention! If Flora is getting pats, he’ll happily stuff his face into the action to get some too😂

They have not been exposed to dogs or children in their foster home, so we don’t know how they would respond to either.

Flora and Sunny are looking for someone special who can see beyond those first few moments and fall in love with them as a pair. Someone who understands that trust takes time, and who will give them the patience and love they need to truly feel at home.

They have looked after each other all their lives. Now they’re ready to find their person — together❤️🐾

The adoption fee listed covers both kittens as a bonded pair and does not apply to each kitten individually.
