Meet Carolina! 🥑🐾
Hi there! I am Carolina, though my foster family affectionately calls me Avocadolina because of my adorable avocado-shaped body!
I’ve had a slightly bumpy start in life overcoming an eye infection and cat flu, but I'm a true survivor. While I can start out a little shy—sometimes hiding under the couch until I feel safe—once I warm up, I am a total sweetheart with a medium energy level.
A Few of My Favourite Things 🌟
Playtime: I love holding my own during games, especially with wand toys, feathers, and crinkly paper.
Snacks: Absolute fan of Greenies and yummy wet treats!
Cuddles: I go from a quiet, independent explorer to a cosy lap warmer who loves to snooze right on your chest at bedtime.
My Dream Home 🏡
I am looking for a quiet, peaceful home with a patient human who won't make fast movements or rush me.
I get along brilliantly with other cats and would love to be adopted alongside my sister, Francesca. (I haven't met dogs or kids yet!).

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
