About Eze
Eze is a sweet young chocolate Labrador who is highly food motivated and eager to learn, especially when treats are involved! He can be a little enthusiastic around food, so continued work on impulse control at treat times and mealtimes will be beneficial.
As a wiggly and energetic dog, Eze can sometimes be unaware of his surroundings and become overexcited. He will thrive with a family committed to prompt, consistent training to help him grow into a wonderful adult dog.
Eze can pull moderately to strongly on lead and becomes very excited when he sees other dogs. He will benefit from ongoing work on loose-lead walking, calm greetings and maintaining focus around distractions.
Eze would best suit an adult household, though he may be suitable with dog-savvy children who can keep up with his energy. He may also enjoy a calm canine companion, pending a successful meet-and-greet and slow introduction in the home.
Overall, Eze is an enthusiastic, willing young dog who is keen to learn. Come meet Eze!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
