Meet Moby!

Say hello to Moby, a handsome black and tan Patterdale Terrier who is 7 years and 8 months young and this lovely boy still has plenty of energy and fun to share!

Moby came into the shelter following the sad death of his owner, and he is now looking for a special new family who will give him the time, patience and love he deserves.

Moby is a real cuddle bug. He absolutely loves attention, being patted and having a good snuggle, and he is lovely with children. He would be best suited to a home with secondary school-aged children who can enjoy his enthusiasm while also helping him learn.

Walkies are Moby's absolute favourite! He walks quickly and loves getting out and about. He is a very energetic boy who will need multiple walks each day and plenty of opportunities to keep his busy terrier brain and body occupied. He does pull constantly on lead, so his new family will need to be prepared to work on his lead manners with positive, reward based training.

When it comes to grooming, Moby is a star! He is happy to have a bath and enjoys being combed or brushed, what a good boy!

Moby can be playful, affectionate and wonderfully exuberant. He may be suitable to live with a well-matched dog, but he will need gradual, positive introductions and careful consideration to make sure the friendship is the right fit.

He is looking for an active home that will embrace his big personality, give him plenty of exercise, continue his training and, most importantly, give him lots and lots of love.

Moby has so much love to give, now he just needs someone to give him a second chance.
