About Luna Blue Eyes
Meet Luna, a stunning 6-year-old female tabby point bi-colour blessed with the most beautiful, luminous blue eyes that seem to look straight into your soul.
Soft and elegant in appearance, she carries herself with a quiet grace that only makes her affectionate nature all the more endearing.
Luna is an incredibly loving and people-oriented cat who absolutely adores human company. She has an enormous capacity for unconditional love and thrives when she can be close to her favourite person. She lives for cuddles, happily curling up on a lap for hours, and is at her most content when soaking up the sunshine with someone she trusts nearby.
Whether it’s gentle pats, soft strokes, or simply sitting quietly together, Luna melts into every moment of affection and returns it tenfold. She would make a wonderful companion for anyone who wants a deep, devoted bond and a cat who will fill their days with warmth and quiet companionship.
Although she can be a little shy when first meeting new people, Luna settles remarkably quickly once she feels safe. When she arrived in her foster home she wasted no time exploring, carefully checking out all the windows and taking in her new surroundings. Then, without hesitation, she came straight back to her foster mum seeking pats and cuddles, showing just how ready she is to form a strong attachment with the right person.
That early confidence and eagerness for connection speak volumes about the affectionate heart she has to offer.
Luna came into care because she did not cope well with the busier, noisier environment of a household that included young children and a dog. Her previous family adored her and tried everything they could to help her adjust, but it became clear over time that she was growing increasingly unhappy.
For a period she lived with a relative in a quieter setting, yet that arrangement is no longer possible. Rehoming her has been a difficult decision for everyone involved, and they want nothing more than for Luna to finally have the peaceful life she deserves.
Luna would thrive as the only pet in a calm adult household where she can be the centre of attention. She is not suited to homes with dogs or young children, and noisy environments would leave her unsettled.
What she needs most is a gentle, consistent companion who can offer her the quiet days of sunbaking, lap time, and endless affection she craves. In the right home she will repay that kindness with unwavering loyalty and love.
Luna is approximately 6 years old, has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is located with her amazing foster mum in Glen Waverley.
If you are looking for a beautiful blue-eyed girl who will curl up beside you, seek out your company, and fill your life with quiet devotion, Luna is waiting. Please get in touch if you can offer her the calm, loving, people-focused home where she can finally relax and be someone’s special girl.
About Us
Urban Feline Australia is a small, independent cat rescue dedicated to saving surrendered cats from kill shelters and finding them loving, permanent homes.
Founded and run by a passionate animal lover with the support of dedicated friends and volunteers, we specialise in caring for cats that have previously lived in family homes but, for various reasons, can no longer stay with their owners.
Since our inception, we have been fortunate to build a small but dedicated network of volunteer foster carers. These compassionate individuals welcome the surrendered cats into their homes, providing them with love, care, and a safe environment while we search for their perfect forever families.
As a tiny, grassroots rescue with no government funding or large facilities, every rescue is powered by compassion, community support, and a genuine commitment to animal welfare.
All adoption fees and donations go directly toward the essential needs of the cats in our care — including premium food, veterinary treatment, litter, equipment, and ongoing medical support. We rely heavily on the generosity of our foster carers, volunteers, and supporters to continue our work.
Our long-term vision is to expand so we can help even more cats in need. This includes securing a larger dedicated property and, one day, possibly opening a cat café to raise awareness and funds while creating a welcoming space for cat lovers.
How You Can Help

We are always in need of foster carers. If you have a safe, loving temporary home and would like to help us care for a cat on their journey to their forever family, please get in touch. The more foster homes we have, the more cats we can save.

Adoption details
We try to make things very easy and straight forward while at the same time making sure we are matching the right cat to the right home.
The first step in the adoption process is a quick chat over the phone to make you are able meet the cats needs and your home is a good fit for the cats personality.
From there we will organize a meet and greet the cats foster home where you will be able to see the cat in action and get a gauge of their personality.
Once you have adopted you new furry feline friend we offer ongoing support and you are welcome to contact us anytime if you have questions, concerns or need advice.
We work hard to make sure that each cat is a good fit for their new home but in the unlikely even that things do not work out we have a 21 day cooling off period and you are more than welcome to return the cat to us during that time.
We will happily refund 50% of the adoption fee or you are welcome to donate this refund to assist with the ongoing cost of the animals care.
