Nerrie

*nerrie is trialling her new home*nerrie just loves, loves, loves to play! she's not the most polite tugger and will hang on till the end, this is great exercise for two dogs, she does fetch and then drags around whichever toy she's playing with. She's playing with her foster friends toys at the moment. She is quite plainly loving her second chance at life. She easily keeps up with the two bigger dogs when outside in the yard who she is living with currently and having a such a great time. Nerrie is definitely making up for lost time… she loves other dogs. Nerrie is fully housetrained, and has not had one accident in the house. She loves the cats, thinks they're her little play buddies. Hasn't learnt to speak cat yet, so has a little worried look on her face if one comes up to her and gives her a gentle headbutt. She does want to play with them, though, and if they don't feel like it they just give her a little hiss and walk away. She then just walks off to see what someone else is doing. Nerrie is very thankful that we rescued her and given her a second chance, she wants to be friends with everyone. She is very people focused, dog focused, everything focused. She's a great all round little dog and would suit someone with a fairly active lifestyle. A young family or single person who has another playful dog who needs a companion. She is very much like my dogs: is ready to go when you are and when you're relaxing she's more than happy to find a sunny spot and lie down. At the moment, the couch is her favourite place to stretch out and have a good snooze. She's also fantastic in the car. As soon as she hears the keys, her ears prick up and you know she is thinking – ooooh a new adventure…
