There’s something pretty special about a cat who takes a little time to choose you.

Coffee is a gorgeous tortoiseshell girl, around 2 years old, with a beautiful affectionate nature and a playful little spirit.

When she first meets you, Coffee can be a little shy. She likes to take a moment to watch, observe and decide that everything is safe. But it doesn’t take her long to come out of her shell. Before you know it, she’ll be wandering over looking for smooches, pats and some attention.

And once she’s comfortable, you’ll discover just how much personality this girl has.

Coffee is incredibly curious. She wants to know what everyone is doing and has taken a particular interest in her feline foster brother. You’ll often find her quietly stalking him around the house, investigating what he’s up to and making sure she not missing out.

She also LOVES to play. Her tunnel is a favourite and strings and balls can keep her entertained for quite some time. There’s something wonderfully endearing about watching her switch from serious little investigator to playful kitten mode.

When the day winds down, Coffee is happiest being near to her people. One of her favourite spots is the top of the couch, where she can keep you company while you relax while she surveys the environment. She doesn’t need to be constantly demanding your attention. She just likes being nearby and being part of your world.

Coffee is looking for a home where she can take things at her own pace, build her confidence and then show you the affectionate, playful girl underneath.

She may make you work just a little for that first smooch.
