Medical Notes: Count Basie has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) which is a virus that can affect his immune system, however, he can still potentially live a long healthy life. FIV is transmitted through deep bite wounds. Due to his FIV Count Basie will need to be an indoor only cat. Count Basie does not get along with other cats so must go to a home with no other cats.
