Meet Jaclyn, a lovely little lady who is looking for a home where she can continue to learn, grow and become the best version of herself.

Jaclyn is a very people-focused girl who loves attention and enjoys spending time with her handler. She is happy to take treats, enjoys being handled and is keen to engage with her people, making her a great candidate for positive reinforcement training.

Jaclyn will benefit from a family who is willing to put some time into her basic training, particularly teaching her polite greetings and helping her learn that four paws on the floor gets her the attention she is looking for. She can be quite enthusiastic and will jump up when excited, so consistent training will be important.

Jaclyn is happy to share her space with other dogs, but she isn't particularly interested in playing with them. She would only be considered for a home with another dog if they were a calm, older dog who is happy to simply coexist and doesn't expect to play. A meet and greet would be required to ensure they are a good match.

Jaclyn would suit most home environments, with young children needing to be dog-savvy due to her enthusiastic nature. She is an affectionate, engaging girl who will thrive with someone willing to give her structure, guidance and plenty of positive reinforcement.
