About Wyatt
Meet Wyatt,
Wyatt is a sweet, affectionate boy who needs a little time to feel safe and confident in his new home. He starts off quite nervous, so he'll do best in a calm, quiet and predictable household where he can settle at his own pace.
Once Wyatt builds trust, his loving personality shines through. He enjoys lap time and pats-on his terms! As he can become overstimulated, his new family will need to respect his boundaries and learn his cues.
Wyatt is active and has high enrichment needs, so he'll thrive with several structured play sessions each day and plenty of space to explore. Once settled, he may enjoy access to a secure cat run.
An adult-only home would suit Wyatt best, although calm, respectful teens may be okay. He'll likely prefer to be the only pet while he adjusts to his new surroundings.
With patience, understanding and plenty of love, Wyatt will make a wonderful companion.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
