Hamish is a friendly and affectionate cat looking for his new home. He loves spending time with people and is always keen for attention, cuddles, and a scratch behind the ears. One of his favourite ways to show affection is with gentle headbutts and plenty of purrs.

Hamish also has a curious side and enjoys exploring his surroundings, but he's never far from his people for long. His combination of confidence, affection, and friendly nature makes him an easy companion to have around.

Since spending time in our adoption room, Hamish has shown that he would be happiest as the only cat in the household. While he adores human company, he prefers not to share his space with other feline companions and will thrive in a home where he can have all the attention to himself.

Hamish is very food-motivated and takes a keen interest in mealtimes and treats. Because he can become a little possessive around food, his new family should be mindful of this and give him space while he's eating.
