About Biscoff - 1 Year Old Poodle X

Biscoff is 3kg of pure sweetness. He is a gorgeous, gentle little soul who starts off very shy, but once he trusts you, he becomes your tiny shadow. He follows so closely behind that if you stepped back, you’d accidentally step on him.
He hasn’t had much normal life exposure, so he needs a calm, quiet home with very patient people who understand slow, positive introductions to the home and world. Biscoff needs someone home often, so no full-time workers please.
Because he is very small and delicate, we recommend a home with kids over 12 who are calm, gentle natured, and are experienced with tiny, timid dogs.
Biscoff absolutely needs a well behaved, same size confident doggy friend. A friendly, easy-going companion will help show him the ropes, build his confidence, and give him the reassurance he needs.
He doesn’t require a big backyard, and he is making great progress with his toilet training. He can use the doggy door though he still needs encouragement and consistency.
Biscoff must have a secure, fully fenced yard, (minimum 1.2m) with no gaps larger than 8cm. He is tiny enough to squeeze through very small spaces, so no pool fencing or anything with wide gaps. The yard should have no soft soil for digging and no under house access, as he could hide, get stuck, or escape. With these safety measures in place, he will feel secure and comfortable.
He is still learning about the outside world and is only just beginning his lead training, so he will need a patient owner who can gently guide him and help build his confidence on walks.
Biscoff is a fussy eater, and a fresh food diet is recommended. He is not food aggressive.
He needs 8 weekly grooming, so please allow this in your budget.
Biscoff’s life expectancy is 16years so please take this into consideration that he won’t outlive you.

He is in foster care in Cameron Park, NSW. His adoption fee is $1100, and he is not available for interstate adoption. He is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for fleas, ticks and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal cheques.
