About Betty
Betty is going to make someone a fantastic companion. She is attentive without being needy, enthusiastic about any outings and adventures, affectionate, engaging and keen to learn and please. She is a nice mix of high energy but restraint and decent impulse control which makes her training sessions a pleasure.
Betty walks well on lead after 2 mins of initial excitement and loves to long line through the bush taking in all the smells and checking in frequently.
She has a power sit and responds really well to both food treats and praise. She would do really well in any form of sport and her outgoing nature makes her both a goofy companion and a serious worker.
Betty is currently sharing her yard with a Malinois boy and seems to be friendly to indifferent with other dogs she has met.

Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc.
