Meet Boston 🩶

Say hello to Boston, a beautiful grey medium-haired boy with a gorgeous fluffy coat and a very sweet little heart hiding underneath all that fear.

Boston is currently a scared and somewhat hissy boy, but it is important to know that he is not aggressive. His hisses are simply his way of saying that he is frightened and unsure of what is happening around him. He needs time, patience and a safe environment to help him understand that people are here to care for him and that he doesn't need to be afraid.

One thing we've already discovered about Boston is that the way to this boy's heart is definitely through his tummy! 🥰 He absolutely loves treats, and tasty snacks are a wonderful way to help him start building positive associations with people. We think a patient adopter armed with plenty of treats is going to make some very good progress with this gorgeous boy!

Boston will need a quiet home without small children, where he can properly decompress and settle in without the noise, activity and unpredictability of a busy household. His new family will need to understand that he may take some time to feel comfortable and that trust won't happen overnight.

For now, Boston may hide, hiss or keep his distance, but we know there is a sweet kitten underneath all that fear just waiting to come out. With patience, consistency and plenty of reassurance, we hope he will slowly learn to trust his people and discover that being loved is a pretty wonderful thing.

His progress may come in small steps - accepting a treat a little closer, staying in the room for longer, allowing some gentle interaction, or eventually seeking out affection. Every little milestone will be something to celebrate.

Boston is looking for someone special who can see past his fear and give him the time he needs to become the gorgeous, sweet boy we know is in there. If you have a quiet home, plenty of patience and an endless supply of treats, Boston may be the very special kitten for you. 🐾🩶
