🐾 Hi there, my name is Kiss Chasey and I can't wait to find my forever family🐾

I spent my early years living in a backyard where no-one really paid attention to me. 

My life changed when a person collected me and took me to an animal shelter. I spent a few months there. The people were nice and looked after and helped me to understand that I don't need to be afraid of humans.  They introduced me to other dogs to play with too.  I didn't know any of this stuff.  They said I came such a long way during my time there.

Then one day my foster mum collected me from the shelter and brought me home with her.  I'm now living with a foster sister who is much smaller than me.  She chases me around the backyard as if she is the boss (well, okay, she actually is).   

We go to the park for a walk most days, and there's always lots of other dogs to meet.  My foster mum tells me I am very good at greeting other dogs.  I don't mind whether they're big, small or jump on me. Honestly, I'll play with anyone! 

If another dog tells me they don't want to say hi, that's fine with me.  I just love living with a family and getting to explore the neighbourhood and meet other people and dogs.

Some days my foster mum goes out for a long time (apparently it's a thing called 'work') and I get left at home (she says she can't take me, I don't know why).  I can get a bit bored because she's gone for a long time, and sometimes I chew on stuff to pass the time.  My foster mum says I have to be honest and let my forever family know, because this could be considered a bad habit.  I don't bark while she's gone though.

My ideal forever home will have at least one other dog to play with me and keep me company when the humans go out, so I don't get lonely or bored.  My foster mum says I will need to continue my training and socialisation (that's a big word) and hang out with other dogs who can "show me the ropes" (whatever that means - it sounds like it could be fun).

Apparently I am highly food motivated (like a typical teenager).  My foster mum says I'm a smart boy and I already know how to sit.

My favourite things are chew and strong rope toys, as well as any tennis balls I can find in the back yard.  I do also like soft toys though, they are great for throwing up in the air and catching then giving them a good shake.

There are 2 cats living at my foster home, but I'm only allowed to meet them when I'm on a leash.  I'm kind of curious about them, but they don't seem like they want to play with me.

I'm just waiting for my forever family to come and get me, so I can give them all my love.  I need someone who can keep giving me structure and routine and train me to be the best boy I can.  I've had so many new experiences in the last few months and I can't wait to learn some more, but I do find it hard sometimes to remain calm and listen.
