About Garnet
Meet Garnett,
Garnett is a quirky girl with a BIG personality and an even bigger love of treats!
When Garnett first arrived in our care, she was quite fearful and avoidant. But with patience, understanding and the support of her foster family, this special girl has truly blossomed. She's now an active, playful and chatty cat who loves seeking out pats and affection.
Garnett would love an understanding home that's happy to take things slowly while she continues to build confidence and trust. She'll need plenty of playtime, climbing opportunities and enrichment to keep her busy body entertained.
Her favourite activities include playing, eating, running around, napping and perching on top of her scratching post to watch whatever her humans are up to! And if you want to win her heart, treats are definitely the way to do it.
Garnett would best suit an adult home, although she may be comfortable with cat-savvy, gentle teenagers who understand how to give her space and let her come to them in her own time.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
