About Fred Weasley
Meet Fred, a handsome ginger-and-white little Weasley who has clearly inherited the family’s talent for getting into mischief! Like any good Weasley, Fred can take a little time to warm up, and he is hilariously easy to startle. One minute he is confidently investigating the world, and the next, something unexpected happens and he launches himself approximately three feet into the air! But once Fred decides you’re one of his people, prepare yourself for aggressively affectionate cuddles and one enormous purr.
Fred absolutely loves being around his humans and believes that if there is a spare hand available, it should obviously be patting him. When he is not busy chasing the laser pointer or wrestling with a mousey, he becomes your little ginger shadow, following you from room to room, investigating whatever you are doing and generally making sure no household activity happens without his supervision. He is wonderfully curious, although his curiosity occasionally gets the better of him… especially when something makes a surprising noise!
Fred is a big fan of food, so winning his heart may be as simple as producing snacks at the appropriate intervals. He is also good with children, making him a lovely little companion for a family who will appreciate his playful personality and hilarious antics.
Fred is not particularly fond of sharing his space with other cats, although he absolutely adores his brother. He would be perfectly happy as an only cat, provided his humans are around to give him the attention, affection and ear scratches he firmly believes he is entitled to. After all, every Weasley deserves a loving home and Fred is ready to charm his way into yours.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
