Meet Cooper — 4-Year-Old Kelpie looking for a loving forever home!

Cooper is a handsome tricolour Kelpie, aged four, seeking a considered and committed adoptive home.

He is a sweet-tempered, quiet, reserved, and highly intelligent dog. Cooper demonstrates excellent recall, and has been trained to sit and wait calmly before meals.

He is both crate and toilet trained, and settles well when provided with a consistent daily routine. Cooper places great value on his daily walks, which form an important and much-anticipated part of his routine.

Prospective adopters should be able to offer:
• A medium-to-large, securely fenced yard
• An active household able to provide one to two walks daily
• A home without young children (teenagers welcome)
• A single-dog household, or a calm resident dog as Cooper values his personal space, particularly for rest.

Cooper is measured and polite when encountering other dogs while on walks, showing brief interest before comfortably returning his focus to his handler when called. He has not yet had the opportunity to interact with cats, and any such introduction would need to be managed gradually and with care.

Cooper would best suit an experienced, active family seeking a devoted, sweet natured companion who is equally content on a long walk or settled quietly at home.
