About Colours
Colours has done her time putting everyone else first now it’s this mothers turn. This lovely tortie and white girl arrived at Little Paws Kitten Rescue with her two kittens after being found on the streets, painfully thin and having given everything she had to her babies. She was an exceptional young mum, raising them with care and dedication, and thanks to her they have grown into happy, healthy kittens. With her job done, Colours is finally ready to focus on herself - and it’s been a quiet joy watching her slowly gain weight and strength, every little bit a sign of how far she’s come.
Despite her tough start, Colours has a warm and trusting nature. She genuinely enjoys being around people and will happily soak up any pats on offer. While being picked up isn’t her favourite thing, she’s always close by, content to share your space, your lap and your attention.
Colours is also an enthusiastic biscuit-maker. When she’s happy (which is often), she will start kneading away wherever she happens to be, whether it is a soft bed, the cat tower, even the kitchen floor if you have been giving her attention. She must have been a baker in a previous life.
And when it comes to food, Colours is wonderfully polite. She waits patiently for her meals and approaches them with quiet enthusiasm, finishing everything with ease, then spending her time afterwards licking her lips and grooming herself before curling up and having a nap.
Colours is a beautiful, resilient dainty cat who has already given so much. Now she’s ready for a home where she can be cared for, appreciated, and simply enjoy the comfort she deserves.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
