🐾❤️ Meet Princess — Our Beautiful Three-Legged Mini Groodle ❤️🐾

Princess is a beautiful Mini Groodle weighing just over 7kg.

Sadly, Princess lost one of her front legs in an accident when she was a puppy. However, this hasn’t stopped her from being a happy, loving girl. She has adapted incredibly well to life on three legs and can even run surprisingly fast! 🐾💨

Because Princess is three-legged, her previous owner was understandably very protective of her and didn’t allow her much exposure to the outside world. As a result, Princess can be quite frightened when meeting new people or going somewhere unfamiliar.

Princess needs time to feel safe and build trust. She may initially be shy and cautious, but once she feels comfortable and comes out of her shell, you will see her beautiful personality shine. She is a happy, affectionate and loving little girl with so much love to give. ❤️

Princess absolutely loves being around her favourite person. She is just as happy lying in her bed watching you do your chores as she is curling up beside you on the couch. Of course, plenty of cuddles and attention are very much appreciated too! 🥰

Princess can use a doggy door and gets through it easily to go outside for toileting or to enjoy a little run around in a grassy backyard.

She is a great eater and not at all fussy. Princess currently has Royal Canin Puppy kibble available to her throughout the day, a healthy home-cooked meal for dinner and chicken necks for lunch with some chicken jerky for treats.

🐶 Princess gets along beautifully with other gentle dogs and is an incredibly gentle soul herself. Her petite little body may be missing a leg, but her heart is absolutely overflowing with love and affection.

🏡 The home Princess needs

Because Princess is a three-legged girl who can become frightened and may take off if she feels scared, we are looking for a very specific home for her.

Her new home must:

• Have easy and safe access for Princess
• Have a secure, safely enclosed backyard
• Understand that Princess needs patience and time to build confidence
• Ideally have another gentle, friendly dog to keep her company and provide comfort
• Include her as part of the family rather than leaving her isolated
• Be committed to keeping her safe and secure at all times

Princess has a gorgeous red, curly coat that requires regular brushing at home and professional grooming approximately every 4–5 weeks. ✨

We will be very selective about the home Princess is adopted to. Her safety and wellbeing are our absolute priority, so please only make an enquiry if you genuinely meet the requirements we are looking for.

Princess has already overcome so much in her little life. Now she deserves a family who will cherish her, protect her, understand her and show her just how wonderful life can be. ❤️

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to be patient and give Princess the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Princess be left alone each day, and who will assume the responsibility for her during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Princess quality veterinary care with nutritious food and willing to do anything to provide the most comfort life to Princess?

9. Will Princess be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access as she pleases? Please describe her future sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?
