Meow! I’m Cricket Bug but you can call me Cricket for short, and can you believe I got to fly in the sky from Broome to live my best life in Perth?!

Nature
Not to talk myself up, but I am the most confident, curious and loving boy that you’ll ever meet. My foster mum says that I’m quite the looker and, with my slightly elongated face, big ears, long legs and big paws, she thinks I have an “oriental breed” mixed in with me, which sounds fancy.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I low-key love everyone! I haven’t met a dog yet, so I’m suspicious about them if they walk past our house.

I love other cats, and my foster brother Frog plays with me all the time. Sugar (who is also in foster care with me) is my best friend, and we wrestle and run all over the house together.

I love to follow my foster humans everywhere in the house. My other foster mum is nearly 11, and I think I would get on with other kids her age or even a younger child, as long as they aren’t too rough with me.

Likes / Dislikes
❤ Food (I love both wet and dry food and, oh my gosh, those things called treats!!)
❤ Other cats!
❤ I love toys—all of them! Laser pointers, tassel toys, catnip, things with bells—I want to play with them all.
❤ Soft, comfy doonas, blankets and lying in the sun.

❌ The vacuum makes me nervous.

My PURR-fect home would be with a family that I can show how much I want to play and love them. As long as there is a warm bed, sunshine and plenty of places to nap, I’m set! I’d really like to go to a home with another cat who WANTS to play with me (or maybe you can look at adopting my best friend Sugar so we can be together!) A bonus would be if you had a cat run or enclosed backyard so I can explore “outside”—I always want to go there. Make sure you have hugs, toys and treats ready when you take me home.
