About Ashton
Meet Ashton, a sweet and gentle boy looking for a calm, loving forever home. ❤️
Ashton would best suit an adult home, though he may be okay with cat-savvy, gentle teenagers who understand the importance of taking things slowly and allowing a friendship to develop at his own pace.
He would be happiest in a peaceful household where he can feel safe, settled and comfortable in his surroundings.
Ashton is FIV-positive, but this doesn't stop him from being a loving and affectionate companion. He deserves a special family who will look beyond his diagnosis and give him the understanding, patience and forever home he deserves.
If you think you could be Ashton's forever person, he'd love the chance to meet you.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
