Hi everyone!

My name is Pip, and I’m a tiny little Chihuahua, just 5 months and 1 week old and weighing a teeny-tiny 1.7kg! 🥰

And before you ask...

Yes, I am aware that I am absolutely adorable.

My foster mum originally started calling me a "pip squeak" because I was so incredibly tiny.

And somehow...

The name stuck.

So Pip it is! 🥰

Although, between you and me, I think Princess Pip has a much nicer ring to it.

💕 My Story

I came into the rescue from a breeder, due to being sick.

Thankfully, the rescue acted quickly and made sure I received the veterinary treatment I needed.

I had fluids, medication and lots of love and care from my foster mum...

And apparently that was all this little Pip Squeak needed because I was back up and running in no time!

Once I felt better, there was no stopping me.

The zoomies returned.

The pogo-stick bouncing began.

The cuddles became compulsory.

And my foster mum quickly discovered that underneath my tiny little body is a big personality and an even bigger love of life.

💨 Princess? Maybe... Pogo Stick? DEFINITELY!

I'd like to think I'm a delicate little princess.

But honestly?

I'm a rough-and-tumble little adventurer.

I love to bounce.

I love to play.

I love to zoom.

I love hanging out with other little dogs.

And I have absolutely no idea that I'm only 1.7kg.

In my mind, I'm basically a Great Dane.

A very small Great Dane...

With an overbite.

And a serious appreciation for snacks. 😂

My energy comes in adorable little bursts of BOING, BOING, BOING!

And once I've exhausted myself?

You'll find me happily curled up in front of the heater having a very serious princess nap.

Because even tiny adventurers need their beauty sleep.

🥰 My Favourite Place Is Wherever You Are

I'm a very people-oriented little girl.

If you're on the couch...

I'm coming.

If you're in the bedroom...

I'm coming.

If you're sitting down...

Excellent.

That's where I want to be too.

I love cuddles and I'm perfectly happy snoozing in my own dog bed, but given the choice, I'd much rather be snuggled up on the big human bed with you.

Basically...

If there's a human nearby, Pip would like to be nearby too.

🐶 I LOVE Little Dog Friends

I really enjoy spending time with other small, gentle dogs.

Sometimes I want to cuddle beside them.

Sometimes I want to chase them.

Sometimes I want to bounce around like I've had six cups of coffee.

And sometimes I make a very big, very tough noise at them...

Because obviously 1.7kg of Chihuahua is a force to be reckoned with. 😂

I do need my doggy friends to be gentle with me, though. I don't enjoy being play-bitten or grabbed around my face, particularly because of my little overbite.

I'm tiny, so gentle play is definitely the name of the game.

👧 What About Kids?
I love people and I'm happy to meet children, but because I'm so tiny, I'd be best suited to Older, gentle children who understand that I'm not a toy.

I know I'm cute.

I know everyone wants to pick me up.

But if I wriggle at the wrong moment, a tiny dog can easily be dropped and seriously hurt.

So cuddles?

Absolutely.

Gentle handling?

Definitely.

Being treated like a tiny princess rather than a stuffed toy?

YES PLEASE! 👑

🐱 Cats?
I haven't been cat tested.

And considering I weigh approximately the same as some cats' lunch...

We're probably going to keep that one as an unanswered question for now. 😂

🧠 Don't Let My Size Fool You...
I'm actually a very clever little girl.

I've already mastered SIT, especially when food is involved.

Funny how quickly I learn when there's a tasty reward waiting for me!

My recall is also coming along really well, and I'm a quick learner when my humans are patient and make things fun.

I'm also learning that I can use my little voice to tell my humans when something exciting is happening.

I might bark if I see something outside, get super excited or notice something new in the house.

But when my humans tell me it's time to stop...

I listen pretty well.

Because apparently even Princess Pip has to follow the rules.

🚗 Car Adventures!
I LOVE the car.

I've already been on a few little car rides, and sometimes we don't even go anywhere.

We just sit in the car.

And I'm completely happy with that.

My favourite spot is right at the front, where I can supervise everything.

I'm basically a tiny Chihuahua co-pilot.

Although I haven't been issued a licence yet...

Probably for everyone's safety. 😂

🚶‍♀️ Walkies Are Coming!
I haven't started going out for proper walks yet but it's on my list.

But don't worry...

I've got plenty of energy to keep my family entertained at home!

When the time comes, I'm very much looking forward to discovering the big wide world with my people.

🏡 I'm Still Learning My Toilet Training

I'm doing really well during the day and my toilet training is progressing nicely.

Sometimes when it's dark outside, I don't quite make it out in time and have the occasional accident.

But I'm learning!

I'm also a clever little cookie and haven't needed to use a doggy door yet because my foster family keeps the door open for me.

I'm pretty sure I'd figure one out quickly though...

Especially if there were treats waiting on the other side. 😂

🦷 One Little Thing About My Gorgeous Face

I have a cute little overbite.

It doesn't stop me doing all the fun things I love.

I simply have small, dry biscuits because they're easier for my little mouth.

And let's be honest...

I think my little overbite makes me even more adorable.

👑 So What Does Princess Pip Actually Want?

Well...

I might like the idea of being a princess...

But I'm really looking for something much more important than a throne.

I'm looking for **my people**.
A family who will love my big personality inside my tiny body.

A family who will continue my training.

Help me learn.

Socialise me.

Protect me.

Give me gentle little doggy friends.

And let me grow into the happy, confident little Chihuahua I'm meant to be.

I don't need to be carried around everywhere.

I don't need to sit quietly in a handbag.

I'm a **proper little dog**!

A tiny one...

But a proper one.

I want to play.

I want to explore.

I want to bounce.

I want to cuddle.

I want to learn.

And I want to be part of your family.
