Lotus

Lotus has spent her time being Mum, and now this sweet girl is ready to be someone's baby too.

At just 1 year and 7 months old, Lotus is still a young cat herself, and she has such a lovely, affectionate nature. She enjoys being close to people, happily leans into pats, and has a wonderfully smoochy side that makes it very easy to keep coming back for just one more cuddle.

Lotus is also mum to two adorable little boys, Excalibur and Nyx, who are getting ready to find homes of their own. The little family is very sweet together, and her boys are clearly rather attached to Mum, especially when they suddenly realise she isn't nearby! They can absolutely begin their own separate adventures, but if someone happens to fall in love with Lotus and one of her sons, adopting them together could be a very special way to keep part of this little family together.

After raising her kittens, it's Lotus's turn to enjoy all the good things waiting for her. A cosy home, plenty of affection, sunny places to nap, and people who'll happily spoil her with all the pats she deserves sound like a pretty wonderful next chapter.

We encourage you to come and meet Lotus, Excalibur, and Nyx at our North Melbourne shelter as soon as possible, as our cats cannot be placed on hold. Whether Lotus finds a home of her own or gets to bring one of her little boys along, we'd love to see this sweet mum finally become part of someone's family.
