Meet Cooper, our sweet old boy who is looking for a quiet place to enjoy his golden years. ❤️
Cooper is a gentle, easy-going Kelpie who truly enjoys the simple things in life. He loves his foster dad and is happiest spending his days relaxing in the sunshine, watching the world go by and keeping an eye over the paddock. He is a very low-maintenance gentleman who is content to do his own thing and doesn’t ask for much.
While Cooper isn’t a cuddly dog, he does enjoy a gentle pat and appreciates affection in his own way. He is independent and prefers to spend his time outdoors rather than inside, happily settling into his carport with his little coat keeping him warm.
Cooper happily ignores the cats in his foster home. He also gets along well with the other dogs. He is easy to walk, calm, and simply a lovely old soul.
Cooper is very deaf, but that doesn’t stop him from being a sweet and happy boy. He is looking for a loving home that understands senior dogs and will allow him to enjoy life at his own pace.
Cooper’s perfect home 🏡
Cooper would suit a quiet home where he can relax, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy his retirement years. He doesn’t need lots of activity or attention — just a safe place, kind people, and a comfortable spot to call his own.
Cooper is a good old boy who deserves to spend his remaining years feeling loved and cared for. ❤️
Medical notes
Like most old dogs Cooper has arthritis which is being managed by our vet with medication.
