Dopey

Dopey and his siblings were born in the wild to a stray Mum, where they spent the first 3.5 weeks of their life until someone found them. 7 puppies and their Mum, Disney, then entered foster care where they have thrived with plenty of love, food, warm cosy beds and an endless amount of cuddles. They're now ready to leave Mum and head off on their next big adventure.

Dopey has been raised with 4 young children and loves all the attention. He's playful, curious and loves an adventure! He's learning to sit and look at you to get your attention and we know he'll shine with a dedicated family who is committed to training him with lots of positive reinforcements. Dopey travels well in the car and likes to go on outings where he can be carried around and get some more exposure to the outside world in a safe way. Toilet training is under way but he will still has a while to go before he perfects it. In a smaller area he will choose the puppy puds over his bedding and blankets, but if he has too much freedom he can't make it back to the right spot in time.

We know everyone likes to know what breeds make up their new dog, but we really can't say! These guys are a real Pilbara Special with so many wonderful breeds mixed throughout the generations. Mum is a medium sized mixed breed and her puppies have all taken on different sizes, Dopey has the longest legs of the bunch so we expect him to be at least medium in size like his Mum, but he could surprise us and stop growing a little sooner or have a huge growth spurt, so you'll need to be flexible with the size and not bothered with the end result.

Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to Perth.
