Pretty Paris is a sweet, gentle girl who just needs a little time to let her beautiful personality shine.
Paris is shy when meeting new people and finding herself in unfamiliar surroundings, so moving into her forever home will be a big adventure for her. She'll need a patient person who is happy to let her settle in at her own pace and give her the time she needs to feel safe and get to know you.
Once Paris is comfortable, you'll discover a completely different girl. She loves to play, enjoys affection and has a wonderfully easy-going nature. Earning her trust is well worth the wait!
Paris has previously lived with both feline and canine companions and may be happy to share her new home again with the right furry friend, given appropriate introductions and time to adjust.
If you can offer Paris a little patience at the beginning, she'll reward you by showing you the affectionate, playful and delightful girl that's been there all along.
Give pretty Paris the time to find her feet, and you might just find she's the perfect addition to your family.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
