Hello world! My name is Vadar, and it's time for my grand entrance.
I'm a handsome and gentle giant, with an even bigger heart. I'm calm, confident and know exactly what I like in life. Give me a sunny patch of lawn, a secure cat run where I can watch the birds, or a tall perch to observe the world, and I'll be one happy house panther.

Nature
I'm a bit of a slow burn when settling into a new home, so I'd love my own quiet room while I decompress.

Spend a little time with me, let me settle at my own pace, and you'll soon discover what a loving companion I am. Once I trust you, I'm all about gentle pats, cuddles, loud purrs, making biscuits, nose boops and the occasional snooze on your bed or beside you on the couch.

I have my own sweet way of chatting too—soft little gargles and the occasional tiny meow that my foster human absolutely adores.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I've lived with adults and children before, so I know family life. I'm happy around respectful kids who understand that cats appreciate their own space. Tiny "cling-ons" aren't really my style—I'm more of a casual, cool and collected kind of guy.
The foster cats here are a bit too needy for my liking. I'm independent and don't need to be the centre of attention every minute of the day. I simply enjoy being near my humans, soaking up affection when the mood strikes.

My first best friend was of the fur kind in the shape of a dog. He was the best. So, I'm cool with dogs.

Likes / Dislikes
I love my food! I eat raw and dry food, and if you've got creamy treats, we'll be best friends in no time. I may have picked up a cheeky habit of expecting my meals on the kitchen bench (thanks to living with pesky dogs!), but I'm a clever boy and happy to learn new routines.

When you call my name, I'll come running like a loyal little dog. I also enjoy playing with toys, and a sturdy, tall cat tower would be perfect for a big lad like me.
I'm fully toilet trained. My preference is an outdoor toilet if available (and I have a secured yard), but I'm equally happy using my litter tray like the well-mannered gentleman I am.

Loud noises are ok. I may get startled though like trucks outside or airplanes.

I am playful for a big boy. But I'm mostly pretty chill.

My PURR-fect home would be peaceful and patient, with people who understand that I'll blossom when given a little time to settle in.

I’d really love a secure cat run or enclosed outdoor area where I can safely watch birds and enjoy the fresh air. Also, a tall cat tree or high resting spots for observing my kingdom.

Humans who enjoy quiet companionship, cuddles and the occasional couch nap and a family who appreciates a gentle giant with a soft heart and a loud purr.
