Coming into the shelter has been a big, scary change for me, and moving into a new home may feel a little scary, too. I need some time, patience, and understanding while I decompress and get comfortable.

Please don't give up on me if I hide away or seem shy at first. Once I know that I'm safe and that I can trust you, you'll start to see the real me.

I'm actually a very sweet boy. I love to play, and I'm a gentle little player. I also give the sweetest little cuddles once I feel comfortable with you.

Just go slowly, give me time, and let me come to you at my own pace. With a little patience and lots of love, you'll see me come out of my shell and truly shine.
