About Bo
Meet Bo, a two year old Jack Russell. If you know JRTs then you are aware they are very much big dog souls in tiny bodies, and this dude is no different. He’s playful, cheeky and a whole lot of personality.
Bo was surrendered to the pound after a family breakdown. He would love a calm, stable environment with adults or older children who understand that terriers have opinions and that those opinions deserve respect. He's excitable on lead and a little uncertain around other dogs right now, although we are told he previously was part of a dog park club and we think with gentle, patient socialisation he'll get there. For now he'd do best as an only pet, with humans who are happy to be his whole world while he finds his feet. 🤍
Like most terriers he'll need secure fencing and a family who isn't out of the house all day as he's used to company and would suit a part time worker or someone with flexibility. The good news is he's house trained, crate trained, and brilliant in the car. The foundation is absolutely there.
