VERA arrived at the shelter as a stray and was sadly never reclaimed. Since being at the shelter, VERA has become outgoing and adventurous. VERA is independent and enjoys lounging around the cattery as well as showing affection to staff on her terms.
VERA did arrive at the shelter with another cat, however if you own a cat, slow introductions are encouraged.
VERA's adoption fee is $240 which includes desexing, vaccination, microchip, flea/tick/worm treatment and lifetime registration.

Adoption details
Contact Port Macquarie Animal Shelter on 02 6583 3488 and express your interest in the animal, quoting the impound number. Please provide a brief outline of your home, current pets and lifestyle, and we will endeavour to match animals appropriately. We prefer local adoptions or meet and greets but we allow interstate adoptions for certain animals. We require interested parties to have an in-person meet and greet with the animal prior to an adoption the following day if they are suitable. Adoption fees include desex, microchip, vaccination, health check and NSW registration.
