ABOUT
Hi, I'm Penguin!
I was named after my black-and-white coat, although I'd like to think I'm more of an Emperor Penguin... majestic, elegant, and very handsome (if I do say so myself!).
When I first came into care at around 13 weeks old, the world was a pretty scary place. People, kids, and dogs all seemed a little overwhelming. But in just two short weeks, I've made incredible progress.
I don't hide away anymore—I actually get up on the couch next to you, because obviously it is more comfortable then hiding away...AND I look forward to gentle pats! I just need someone patient enough to help me keep building my confidence.
The best part? I've discovered that wand toys are AMAZING! I'll happily chase and play for as long as you're willing to wave one around.
I absolutely adore other cats and would love a home with a confident feline friend to show me the ropes. At the moment I have a full-blown bromance with my best mate, Fez, and having another cat around really helps me feel safe and brave.
With a little love, patience, and understanding, I know I'll grow into the confident, affectionate companion I was always meant to be. If you're looking for a sweet soul who will reward your kindness a hundred times over, I might just be your perfect match. ❤️
Please note: As all our cats live in foster homes, a completed Meet & Greet application is required before we can arrange a visit.
