Meet Van Gogh!

Van Gogh is a sweet, affectionate boy who would love to be someone's loyal best friend!

He is a very people-friendly boy who loves spending time with his humans and would ideally have someone home with him more often than not. Van Gogh happily seeks out pats, cuddles and companionship, and if you're offering a good old bum scratch, he'll be your best friend in no time!

Van Gogh is also food motivated, with chicken nuggets being a particular favourite! This makes him a great candidate for ongoing positive reinforcement training.

He has learned many new skills to help him navigate situations that he previously found challenging and has made fantastic progress. To help him continue to thrive, his new family should be committed to ongoing force-free, reward-based training.

Van Gogh has also learned to remain calm around other dogs by engaging with his handler. While he is capable of having some positive interactions with other dogs, he is happiest as the only dog in the home and would prefer to avoid canine company where possible.
