At just 18 months old, beautiful Godiva is still learning that the world isn't quite as scary as it sometimes seems.

The shelter can be overwhelming for this timid girl, with all the noise, unfamiliar smells and activity making it hard for her true personality to shine. But give her some quiet time and you'll discover a playful, curious little cat full of potential.

When she thinks nobody is watching, Godiva comes alive. She'll play for hours, explore every hidden corner and happily investigate her surroundings. She'll even play with you if she doesn't realise there's a human attached to the other end of the wand! Give her a little time and patience, and she may even allow you to gently pat her (especially behind the ears, which happens to be her favourite spot!)

She's still very nervous around people, though. A sudden movement or loud noise can send her into hiding, where she'll quietly watch the world around her with those beautiful, big eyes.
