Hello, I'm Charles (legal name: Sir Charles Wombat), and I can't wait to meet you!

Nature
If I look like a big squishy teddy bear, it's because I am! I'm a sophisticated gentleman with a big heart and a gentle nature.

At first, I was quite scared of my foster family, so I would hide and look really sad. However, after some patience and many treats, I realised I was safe and could show my soft side.

Once I was comfortable, I became a super smoochy man, and I'd happily accept scratches and pats all day—especially during TV time.

I'll often follow my human around and respond with a super cute (but gentlemanly) meow whenever they talk to me.

My PURR-fect home would be a calm environment with people who are willing to be patient while I adjust. Once I've settled in, you'll get to enjoy my relaxed and affectionate side. I value my human time very highly, so I'd be happy as an only cat, but I'd also enjoy having another calm cat to keep me company.

Medical Notes: Charles has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) which is a virus that can affect his immune system, however, he can still potentially live a long healthy life. FIV is transmitted through deep bite wounds. Due to his FIV Charles will need to be an indoor only cat. FIV cats can live harmoniously with other cats however slow introductions are required to ensure they do not fight.
