About Octavia
Octavia is a gentle and sweet girl who can be a little timid when meeting new people. She is friendly at heart and will flourish with adopters who are happy to take things slowly and allow her to build confidence at her own pace.
Octavia would love a calm, predictable indoor home where she can settle in gradually and feel safe. Gentle, consent-based interactions, tasty treats and plenty of enrichment will help her feel comfortable and develop a trusting relationship with her new family.
If you're looking for a sweet girl who just needs a little patience and understanding to come out of her shell, Octavia could be the perfect match for you.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
