About Roger
Roger is a sweet young cat with a playful, curious nature and plenty of kittenish charm. He enjoys gentle pats, exploring his surroundings, and discovering new things at his own pace. Roger responds well to respectful handling, allowing him to feel safe and comfortable during interactions.
Like many young cats, Roger is learning appropriate boundaries, gentle play, and how to settle after playtime. Providing him with environmental enrichments will be essential such as hidey holes, toys and scratching posts.
Roger would be best suited to a calm, predictable home with cat-savvy teenagers and adults who understand feline body language and can respect his boundaries. He could potentially enjoy living with a calm, tolerant older cat who is comfortable around youthful energy. A gradual introduction, plenty of space, and opportunities for quiet time would help Roger build a positive relationship while respecting the older cat's boundaries.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
