Haylos may not be the first cat to run up and say hello, but don't let his nervous nature fool you - this gorgeous boy has a heart of gold.

Haylos is a beautiful medium-haired black boy who is currently feeling very, very scared. New people and unfamiliar surroundings can be overwhelming for him, but behind those worried eyes, we can see the sweetest boy just waiting for someone to give him the time and patience he needs.

There is not a bad bone in Haylos' body. He isn't mean or aggressive - he is simply frightened. When he feels safe, we see little glimpses of the lovely boy hiding underneath all that fear, and those moments are incredibly special.

Haylos is looking for a quiet, calm and patient home without children or small children, where he can take things at his own pace. He needs someone who understands that trust takes time and is willing to show him that the world can be a safe place.

We believe that with kindness, consistency and patience, Haylos will slowly blossom into the wonderful companion we know he can be.

He doesn't need someone to fix him - he just needs someone to believe in him. 🖤
