About Sidney
Meet Sidney 💙
Sidney is a gorgeous 2-year-old grey tabby boy who is ready to find his forever home.
If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion who would much rather curl up beside you than be the centre of attention, Sidney could be your perfect match.
Sidney is a very affectionate boy who especially loves having his chin and cheeks scratched. He’s the kind of cat who will happily enjoy some quiet quality time with his people and soak up all the love on offer.
He has a quiet, calm and lower-energy personality, making him well suited to someone looking for a relaxed companion. Sidney isn’t looking for a busy lifestyle — he’d much prefer a peaceful home where he can settle in, feel safe and enjoy plenty of cuddles.
Sidney is also good with other cats, so he may be happy sharing his home with a suitable feline friend.
At just two years old, Sidney has plenty of love to give and is ready to become someone’s special companion. He is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and wormed, so he’s all ready to find his forever family.
If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate and easy-going cat to share your home with, Sidney might be just the boy you’ve been waiting for.
Sidney is hoping to find a loving forever home where he can feel safe, cherished and, of course, receive plenty of chin and cheek scratches! 🐾

Adoption details
At Pawkala Social Welfare Organisation, the welfare and long‑term safety of our animals is our highest priority. To ensure the best possible outcomes, we follow a careful and considered adoption and foster process.
All prospective adopters and foster carers are required to complete our Adoption or Foster Application Form. This helps us understand your lifestyle, experience, and the environment you can offer, so we can make the best match for both you and the animal.
As part of our process, we conduct home checks. This may be done:
In person, or
Via videos and photos of the home, including yards, fencing, and living areas.
All adoptions and foster placements are approved subject to ongoing animal welfare. Pawkala reserves the right to reclaim the animal at any time if neglect, mistreatment, or significant welfare concerns are identified.
All animals adopted or fostered through Pawkala must be desexed.
Animals adopted already desexed must remain so.
If an animal is adopted prior to desexing due to age or medical reasons, desexing is mandatory at the agreed time as part of the adoption conditions.
Our goal is not just placement, but lifelong safety and stability. We work closely with adopters and foster carers to provide guidance and support, and we encourage open communication at all times.
Thank you for helping us give animals the secure, loving future they deserve.
